OUR APPROACH

DESIGNING AN ART PROGRAM EXPERIENCE AS UNIQUE AS YOUR TEAM

Now more than ever, creating a workplace environment that helps employees feel welcomed, inspired, and excited has become top of mind for companies globally. In this post-COVID world, art programming is a meaningful way to add value and color not only to your in-office employee experience but also to your hybrid and remote teams whose experience should be reflected in your internal culture.

At Farmboy, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach in designing an office art program strategy in corporate and workplace environments. We consult, curate, and design art programs based on your company’s own values and guiding principles, with authentic representation that reflects the uniqueness of every individual on your team. With our advisory services, we can help explore and navigate the exciting, innovative possibilities that can take your company’s workplace experience to the next level.

The notion that art in the workplace is merely decorative was dispelled in a survey of more than 800 employees working for 32 companies throughout the US that have workplace art collections. The survey, a collaboration of the Business Committee for the Arts and the International Association for Professional Art Advisors drew responses from firms ranging from food distributors to law firms that house workplace collections. It found that art in the workplace helps businesses address key challenges such as reducing stress (78% agree), increasing creativity (64% agreed) and encouraging expression of opinions (77% agreed).
