CASE STUDY

PARK MGM + NOMAD LAS VEGAS

Las Vegas, NV

We were approached with an opportunity to partner with the Sydell Group and MGM Resorts, renowned for their international group of sophisticated and innovative hotels, to create a personality-driven art collection for its 32-floor renovation, with NoMad Las Vegas occupying the top four levels. Building upon the boutique NoMad property in NYC, the challenge was how to capture the essence of a hand-curated art collection at a scale of over 2,000 guest rooms. Bold yet intimate, upscale but still approachable, the property’s extensive collection spans across all guest rooms, its two lobbies, and various restaurants throughout the property, representing a new era and standard of hospitality design in Las Vegas.

ART DIRECTION

HUMAN, GENUINE, &CONNECTED

OUR APPROACH

Taking the initial creative direction that was developed by Paris-based creative studio, Studio Be-poles, our team worked intimately with theirs to design the collection from top to bottom. The coordination and attention to detail needed with such an ambitious art collection at such a large scale required careful project management and expert coordination between multiple architects, interior design teams, procurement, brand consultants, and curators.
