Art as infrastructure, not afterthought.

Ford came to Farmboy with a campus already designed. The architecture was extraordinary — soaring atria, skylights, open collaboration floors. Our challenge was to write an art program that could hold its own against the building, and speak to engineers, designers, and executives with equal conviction. We spent three months embedded with Ford's culture team before a single artist was approached.
